Run a workshop at Pia’s.

Makers, artists, florists, cooks, quiz-setters: the workshop table is yours for a morning or an evening. Tell us what you have in mind and Pia will come back to you within a few days.

You run the session; we are the venue. Bookings go through this website. The full host terms are short and worth a read first.

What it costs

  • The cost to you is 10% of the ticket price, payable to Pia’s Place.
  • It is taken out of the £5 deposit each guest pays when they book online.
  • You collect the rest of the ticket price from your guests on the day.
  • After the workshop Pia pays you the deposits, less the 10%.
  • If you cancel, the 10% on bookings that have already been paid is still owed to Pia’s Place.

Money

Every paid workshop over £5 takes a £5 non-refundable deposit online when booking, and guests pay you the rest on the day. £5 or under is paid in full online. Pia’s Place’s fee is 10% of the ticket price.

A photo of the thing being made, the workshop in action, or an illustration. Not a poster: no words, dates or prices on the image, because the page shows all of that from what you have typed. Landscape works best, at least 800px on the short side, JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, under 10MB.

The café is open as usual: coffee, teas and cakes for your guests to buy.
